Boat Owners: If you are the boat owner and you wish to slip your boat, your paperwork requires 2 steps;

• Complete and sign the below Sandringham Yacht Club July 2023 Slipping Yard Booking Form (Page 1) and also Sign the Slipping and Yard Booking Form Terms and Conditions (Page 2)
• Fill in and sign the Sandringham Yacht Club – July 2023 Slipping Yard Booking Form

OR

Contractors: If you are a contractor and you are authorised to make arrangements to slip your clients boat on their behalf, your paperwork requires 3 steps;

• Complete and sign the Sandringham Yacht Club – July 2023 Slipping Yard Booking Form (Page 1) and also Sign the Slipping and Yard Booking Form Terms and Conditions (Page 2)
• Fill in and sign the Sling Placement Document
• Provide us with a letter of authority from the boat owner appointing you as their contractor
