Experience a truly unique team activity! Corporate Sailing Experiences are ideal for entertaining clients, staff team building, staff rewards or for those that just want to get out of the office and enjoy time on the bay – we get participants working together, trusting each other and learning new skills, while having fun. Participants are active crew members aboard lively sports boats.
Sailing on our fleet of four identical first class 7.5m Beneteau yachts, our team building experiences are like no other. Participants are teamed up with a qualified instructor and are fully engaged in all aspects of sailing the boat. Where there are more than 20 participants, we would love to hear from you so we can let you know how we can best cater for your needs! Most days conclude with a series of races and an overall winner.
This learn to sail format is ideal for staff team building. Complementing the on water experience we provide the opportunity for you to also ‘brand’ the day with clothing, banners and battle flags.
Sample Format
9:00am Guests arrive at Sandringham Yacht Club
9:10am Guests introduced to their instructors for the briefing on the day’s activities including a full safety briefing.
9:20am Teams are issued their lifejackets and shown to their yachts for a boat orientation
9:30am Teams depart marina for practise sail and a number of short races
11:30am Boats return to the marina and guests assist in the pack-up of boats. Showers and change rooms are available
12:00pm Instructor will escort guests to the next location
