A fleet of 30 yachts had the benefit of some enjoyable sailing weather for race 7 of the spring. Before the start 19 yachts found themselves with a handicap reduction from the previous race. The majority had a reduction of 1 minute, 6 yachts a 2 minute reduction and 1 yacht received a 3 minute reduction. Of the remaining 9 yachts, 6 kept the same handicap whilst 2 of last week’s podium finishers received a handicap increase. Read more…
