Notice of By-Law Amendments
In accordance with Section 34.3 of the Constitution, I am notifying you that the following amendments have been made by General Committee to the Sandringham Yacht Club By-Laws:
- Policy 5 – Membership Participation Scheme; addition of one more recreational boating event as an option to accrue points
- Policy 4 – Marina Berth and Hardstand Rental Allocation; the change was the removal of a redundant clause about non-payment of secondary rent within a given timeframe. The change will favor Members and entitle them to rebates as soon as the Club generates and receives any revenues.
