Participants will gain valuable skills with a specific focus on boat handling and fleet racing. With many new to sailing small keelboats, the program will help develop the specific skills required to sail the J70’s and further develop fleet racing skills including tactics and strategy.
This program is a great stepping stone into the Youth Squad Program and for those transitioning out of OTB youth classes, School Programs, OutThere Sailing Programs and more.
Program dates and times are available below and will be updated throughout the season.
Participants are required to be SYC members and must be 14 years or older to participate.
The program cost will vary between $250 and $350 depending on the number of sessions.
