Special guest speaker prior to the Recreational Boating annual fishing competition is well known fishing industry competition angler, journalist, film maker, and charter boat skipper DOUG PHAYER. He has decades of experience presenting at Boat Shows, Tackle and Fishing events and general outdoor adventure stages. He will come armed with all the up-to-date information and tips to help everyone have a successful fishing competition, plus lots of anecdotes to entertain us!
Even if you can’t join in the fishing, why not have dinner at the club and then join us on Wednesday 9th November at 7.30pm to hear what Doug has to say. There will be a door prize, and some give aways too!
The fishing competition runs from Midday Friday 11th till 11am Sunday 13th with daily weigh-ins. Click here if you have not already registered. Bring along a few friends or family members and try to catch that big one.
