Our Wednesday 23 June Guest Speaker evening has been cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Doug and Sandra Williams will now be presenting on Wednesday 21 July at 7:30pm in the Port Phillip Room.
Doug and Sandra Williams, long standing SYC members. They have cruised the South West Pacific extensively.
Since 2010 they have spent the cruising season in the Pacific Islands, returning to New Zealand for the cyclone season each year.
A large part of their time in the islands has been spent helping local communities with donated goods and then working with Lions International on health related projects.
Their vessel, Freycinet II is currently based in Hobart.
This summary is only a small snippet of their 35,000 nautical miles of travel. They have a myriad of experiences and adventures which they have generously agreed to share with us.
We would be pleased to see you on Wednesday 21 July at 7.30 PM.
