- St Kilda Marina, access from Dickens Street, Elwood
- Head Street, Elwood
- Martin Street, Brighton
- North Road, Brighton
- Bay Street, Brighton
- Normanby Street – access to Brighton Baths & Brighton Yacht Squadron and residents on St Kilda St (South of Bay St)
- Jetty Road from Georgiana Street, Sandringham.

DISTANCE: 1.9km Swim / 90km Cycle (3 laps) / 21.1km Run (2 laps)
START TIME: 6.30am
