Matty Goss & Jade Telford represented SYC at the 2016 Australian Minnow Nationals in Darwin. In hot and tidal conditions they sailed extremely well achieving the following accolades:
Matty Goss:
* Winner Australian Minnow Championships – The Bryan McCarthy Memorial Trophy
* 1st Open Fleet Invitational Race
* 1st Junior Fleet Invitational Race
* 2nd place Australian Minnow Champion Junior Fleet
* 3rd place Australian Minnow Champion Open Fleet
Jade Telford:
*1st Placed Girl Australian Minnow Championships
*6th Place Open Fleet Australian Minnow Championships
