The Pre-Race prep
Checking the forecast: no strong winds were shown, and no strong winds were on the maps coming from the west. There was a 20-knot wind forecast for mid afternoon. So for the small yachts and early starters most chose full sails.
This race was critical for the final positions in the series. Any one of the top ten yachts did have the possibility of winning the series. Read more…
