The winner of the Jaffa Trophy 2017 was decided at 15:50:02 on Wednesday when WHITE NOISE (Daniel Edwards) was first across the finish line. She was followed by BACARDI (Martin Power) and WIND SPEED (Les Browne) both recording their first podium finishes of the series. The race was held in glorious conditions with a northerly breeze that averaged 15 knots for the afternoon. However, Fawkner Beacon did not show the shifts in both wind speed and direction that occurred closer to the shore. Read more…
