I am sure if Windward Buoy was in communicational distance he would state with evidence, that Race 21 was one of the fastest races for a long while. It was all over by 15:37:39. The two fastest yachts finishing at the end of the fleet but taking only 1:11 hours. Packing up for the late finishers was a challenge with the wind coming in at 24~31knts according to Fawkner.
