Twenty nine yachts, the largest fleet of the series, turned out for race 5 of the summer series. The breeze, that averaged about 8 knots for the morning gradually increased and shifted from the south east to the south as the race progressed. The 8.2 nautical mile course 19 was completed by 28 of the 29 starters. With a median elapsed time of 105.57 minutes it was the shortest race of the series so far. Read more …
