The forecast of gale force winds caused race 12 to be abandoned. This was the second abandoned race in the 13 race series. A westerly breeze averaging 30 knots for the morning was recorded at Fawkner Beacon. Gusts exceeding 50 knots were recorded in the late morning. Read more…
