Sundance Marine welcomes Victoria’s First Beneteau First 30 & Renews Twilight Partnership
Sundance Marine are pleased to announce the arrival of the Beneteau First 30 (2026), now commissioned and available for SYC member inspection in A Row East.
Launched in early 2025, the First 30 has quickly established itself as one of the most exciting new designs in its class – a versatile planing cruiser built for both competitive racing and family cruising. The model has attracted around 150 owners worldwide since launch, with five boats already delivered across the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, Japan and China.
The First 30’s market success has been matched by widespread industry recognition. Awards include the European Yacht of the Year 2026, Yacht Style Award, British Yachting Award, Voile de l’Année 2026 and SAIL Magazine’s Best Boat of 2026 – cementing its reputation as a standout design for the modern sailor.

In further good news all round, Sundance Marine, will continue its strong support of sailing at SYC, signing on again as the official sponsor of the 2026/27 Twilight Series. A favourite on the Club calendar, the Thursday evening series combines great racing, relaxed hospitality and a wonderful club atmosphere, bringing hundreds of members, crew and guests together every Thursday evening across the summer season.
