Notice of By-Law Amendment
In accordance with Section 34.3 of the Constitution, I am notifying you that the following amendments have been made by General Committee (GC) to the Sandringham Yacht Club By-Laws:
Section 9 Fee Schedule – have been updated to reflect the annual increase in fees, mostly in line with CPI, with effect from 1 July 2018
Policy 4 – Marina and Hardstand Policy – the addition of a clause stipulating that storage for class racing yachts on the hardstand won’t be allowed for boats weighing more than 3 tonnes (weight limit of the cranes).
