Maverick on the new Double Handed Division in the Sydney to Hobart race

For the first time, Double Handed crews will race in the Sydney to Hobart and one of the entries is a former Osaka Cup competitor from 2018, Rod Smallman on Maverick. Along with co-skipper Leeton Hulley, the pair left Sandringham on Friday for Sydney and we caught up with them by phone on Saturday afternoon for a chat.

This is the first of a series of interviews that will be conducted on interesting topics for crews who have entered for our race to Osaka in 2025. Keep an eye for them.
