Looking for an activity for your children these school holidays?

Friday, 14th December 2018

Why not get them out on a boat to learn how to sail with the Club Marine SYC Boating Academy with courses running all through the December and January holiday period…

Tackers is an introductory, fun, games-based sailing program designed for kids aged 7 to 12. Kids don’t need to have any prior sailing experience. The only requirement is that they must be ready to have fun!! All equipment is provided. Courses are run over three hours a day between Monday and Friday.

If you have children who are 13 or older, then our Youth Dinghy Programs are the perfect course for them! Again, there is no need for any prior sailing experience, just a fun, positive and willing to learn attitude! These courses are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable introduction to Dinghy sailing for complete beginners. Courses are run over three hours a day between Monday and Friday.

If you’re sitting there right now and wondering what there is for the parents then don’t worry, we have you covered! We have a range of adult dinghy programs running during the week as well so you can go sailing whilst your children do too! These courses require no prior experience and run over three hours a day between Monday and Friday.
