As previously advised the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 17 September 2024 at 19:30hrs in the Port Phillip Room at the Club. We would like to extend an invitation for all SYC members to attend. The meeting agenda is the following;

SYC Annual Report – 2023/24
The SYC Annual Report for 2023/24 will be available seven days prior to the AGM in the Members only section of the Club website or upon request from the SYC office. Should you have any queries on the accounts, communication made prior to the meeting will enable them to be fully addressed. Please contact myself or Helen Tetlow in the office should you have any queries. Questions raised at the Annual General Meeting maybe taken on notice and responded to by mail.
Members are again encouraged to attend the AGM as we welcome in the new Commodore and General Committee Members. We also get an opportunity to thank and farewell the outgoing Commodore Sue Bowes and those who have successfully concluded their terms. The meeting will be followed by complimentary refreshments.
