Notice of By-Law Amendments
In accordance with Section 34.3 of the Constitution, I am notifying you that the following amendments have been made by General Committee to the Sandringham Yacht Club
By-Laws:
- Section 8.5 and Policy 20 – Complying with legislation around child safety including the introduction of a child safe policy
- Section 8.6 and Policy 21 – Guidelines around the provision of on water support to our Members in need
